Join us on a Saturday Morning in June for some fire and shelter building fun!
This two and a half hour event is aimed at families wanting to try out their shelter building and fire making skills, we will be building natural shelters and testing them to see if they keep the rain out! We will be using the fire steels to have a go at starting fires and have an opportunity to cook on the fire.
Each session starts with a welcome circle and there will be some time for free play in the woods.
This event is held at Newbottle Woods, near Kings Sutton, We work in partnership with the Newbottle Estate to deliver this event.
A parent or carer must attend with the child; unattended children will not be allowed to stay at the session. This is due to Health and Safety and Insurance purposes. there are no toilets or changing facilities on site. Please ensure you and your child are dressed for the weather and mud!
