Introduction to Neurodiversity and Challenging behaviour

This one day course is designed to introduce mental health issues in children and young people , positive approaches to managing behaviour and how to effectively engage these learners outdoors. We cover positive approaches to working effectively and therapeutically  with children and young people who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, trauma, mental health issues, behaviour needs or conditions such as ADHD, Sensory Processing, Autism, Attachment Issues, Aspergers, Anxiety, Depression and challenging or avoidant behaviour
