MUDDY FEET® attends Deanshanger Playday

Muddy Feet worked with Oxfordshire Play Association to bring nature-based activities to West Northamptonshire. Muddy Feet attended a free fun play day event in Deanshanger in October half-term. There were so many exciting free activities for families to participate in. Muddy Feet had a stall offering clay play and conker-themed activities. It was great to catch up with organisations all offering play activities to the local community and helping us extend the Sumer of Play into the Autumn.

Alex established MUDDY FEET® in 2013. A graduate in Environmental and Resource Science, Alex spent a year working with communities in the Philippines on a VSO placement. During this year she worked with rural communities to implement environmental projects, training local people in sustainable techniques to help preserve their local food and natural resources. Alex worked with communities to establish marine protected areas, mangrove reforestation, and establish livelihood projects.
