Muddy Feet® Founder is selected for Santander Breakthrough Women’s Business programme

Muddy Feet ® founder Alexandra Williams is selected for the Santander Breakthrough Women’s Business Leaders Mentoring programme. Alex Will be joining 198 other businesses to participate in this mentoring programme.

The Santander programme is designed to support women business leaders in breaking down barriers and supporting female entrepreneurs in the UK. Alex will be supported by a designated mentor to drive through innovation. Muddy Feet ® will be working alongside a wide variety of businesses from Ice Cream to Mortgages. We are very excited about this fantastic opportunity for Muddy Feet and women working in the Outdoor Education sector.

Alex Williams

Alex established MUDDY FEET® in 2013. A graduate in Environmental and Resource Science, Alex spent a year working with communities in the Philippines on a VSO placement. During this year she worked with rural communities to implement environmental projects, training local people in sustainable techniques to help preserve their local food and natural resources. Alex worked with communities to establish marine protected areas, mangrove reforestation, and establish livelihood projects.
