MUDDY FEET® Bringing nature connection to Bicester and Banbury

We are super excited to announce that Muddy Feet has been successful in securing funding to bring innovative nature connection programmes to Bicester and Banbury. Funding through Cherwell District Council and Healthy Bicester will enable Muddy Feet will be running a series of nature-based play sessions and Forest school sessions. We will be working with Bardwell special school starting in January 2022, with donations from Muddy Feet customers being used to help support this programme. We will run Two programmes with Home-Start Chipping Norton, Banbury and Bicester, one based in Bicester and one based in Banbury. We will be working with the Sunshine centre Banbury to deliver Forest School sessions, deliver training on nature-based play and nature connection. It’s an exciting start to 2022 for Muddy Feet and our partners.

Alex Williams

Alex established MUDDY FEET® in 2013. A graduate in Environmental and Resource Science, Alex spent a year working with communities in the Philippines on a VSO placement. During this year she worked with rural communities to implement environmental projects, training local people in sustainable techniques to help preserve their local food and natural resources. Alex worked with communities to establish marine protected areas, mangrove reforestation, and establish livelihood projects.
